What is your return policy?

Purchase/Return Policy:  Any rough material, strands, or cabochons purchased can be returned for a credit, exchange, or possible refund within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days of purchase, no returns or exchanges are accepted.  Items must be returned exactly as they were received by the customer. Full strands or full cards of cabochons must be returned complete as purchased.  If any natural flaws are found in the rough (fractures, excessive rock, etc.) due to the nature of the stone, a return may be accepted, as long as it is the material error and not mishandling by the cutter.  The customer is allowed only one cut in a piece of rough.  Both sides of the piece must be returned.  Slabs or parts of a piece will not be accepted.  Any misuse, mistreatment or modification of any product will void any chance of return.  Rough material, strands, or cabochons cannot have any water soaking, excessive wear or any chemiclas added to it at any time.  Shipping is the complete responsibility of the customer.  < top >
